Cognizance is a leadership, team development, and coaching specialist. They blend research from the behavioural sciences with insights from business, the military and elite sports to help organisations develop their leader’s and teams performance.

The brief was to create a website to support the business strategy; to professionally represent their development, coaching and consulting services as well as demonstrate their effectiveness via customer stories and launch a blog looking at how the latest research from the behavioural sciences provides the most effective approach to transforming individuals, teams and organisations.

From SEO research, user journeys and copywriting guidelines to website designs, illustrations the build, testing, and security – I was responsible for the entire process. I created an on-brand user-focused design, with clear navigation meeting all Cognizance’s objectives, and I will provide ongoing marketing, design, and development assistance to ensure the website continues to grow and offer its visitors more.
